Patient Pre-Visit Experience: A Qualitative Evaluation Aiming to Transform the Onboarding-to-Care Experience for Patients

Project Summary

This ESU evaluation of the Pre-Visit Experience Transformation started in January 2022. We interviewed SHC leadership and faculty and SMP physicians for their perspectives on three interventions that are being rolled out within SHC. The goal of the interviews was to identify barriers, facilitators, and actionable feedback to support the implementation process and inform next steps for spread and scale of these interventions.

Funding

Financial support for this evaluation is from Stanford Healthcare.
